Stocktake Mode

Find out what's actually missing

Start a session, scan every unit as a team, and get a straight answer: what's accounted for, and what isn't.

The whole team counting in one session

An admin starts a stocktake for the workspace. From there, any workspace member can join in — scanning QR labels or marking units as counted — until every piece of equipment has been accounted for.

Start a session
An admin kicks off a stocktake. Only one session runs per workspace at a time, so counts never overlap or conflict.
Scan or check off
Scanning a unit's QR label counts it automatically. No label handy? Check it off manually from the stocktake screen instead.

Check the results in a discrepancy report

When the stocktake is complete, Werp™ keeps a report: the units counted, the units never counted (recorded as missing), and the coverage. The missing units list is your starting point for tracking down lost or misplaced gear.
