Yes. On the equipment page, open the ▾ next to New Equipment and choose Import from Excel/CSV (Admin only). You can bring an Excel (.xlsx) file as is, a CSV or TSV file (the encoding is detected automatically, including Shift_JIS from Japanese Excel), or cells pasted from Excel or Google Sheets — up to 5,000 rows and 20 MB per file. Columns are matched from your headers, so order doesn't matter, and you can check and change each column's target. Name, brand, model, category, description, quantity, location, serial number, asset number, nickname, note, purchase date, purchase price and vendor can be imported; new categories and locations are created, and columns you don't import are kept in each unit's note. Before anything is saved you review every row — a new item, units added to an existing item, or skipped because the serial number is already registered — and rows with errors are skipped. Rows that weren't imported can be downloaded as a CSV with the reason, fixed, and imported again. Every import is recorded in an import history and can be undone within 30 days, and you can update existing units in bulk by editing the units CSV from the asset register in Excel and importing it again. Available on every plan, including Free.
