What happens when your workspace grows

Starter and Pro are billed per active member, prorated to the day. Nothing is charged in advance for seats you haven't used yet.

Send an invite by email or a shareable link. Pending invites don't count toward your seat total or your bill — only members who actually join do.

Billing updates automatically
Your seat count syncs the same moment. The remaining days of the current cycle are charged as a prorated line item on your next invoice — you don't pay a full month for a mid-cycle addition.

Removing a member
Deactivating or removing someone lowers your seat count immediately, and the unused portion of that seat is credited on the same prorated basis — automatically, no request needed.

WerpAI™ credits

How AI credits work

Every plan includes a monthly pool of WerpAI™ credits, one per product lookup. The pool refills automatically at the start of each month — unused credits don't roll over, and there's no per-use charge. If your workspace uses its full monthly pool, WerpAI™ pauses until the next refill (bonus credits from a promotion, if you have any, are used automatically as a backup) — manual entry still works normally the whole time.

Managing your plan

Upgrade or downgrade anytime
Switch plans from your workspace settings whenever you like. The price difference is prorated immediately — no waiting for a renewal date.
Cancel anytime
Cancelling keeps your paid features active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your workspace moves to the Free plan automatically — your data stays intact.
Self-serve invoices & payment method
Update your card or download past invoices anytime from a secure billing portal linked in your workspace settings — no support ticket required.
If a payment fails
We retry automatically and keep your paid features active for a 14-day grace period, so a temporary card issue doesn't lock your team out without warning.

Reaching the Free plan's limits

Free workspaces are capped at 3 members and 50 inventory units. Hitting either cap doesn't charge you anything automatically — you'll see a clear upgrade prompt, and nothing changes until you choose a plan.
